On all aspects of the job Louis and JJ Landerman did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it for the price they estimated! The crew respected the site, worked around my family needs as well as the other contractors and insurance company, left the site in pristine condition, the quality of the work was excellent and they completed the job ahead of schedule! My wife and I could not be more pleased (and it takes alot to please my wife).

I had my roof shingles replaced down to the bare plywood, We got everything set except for the actual contract and shingle selection before the October 2011 Blizzard. The Landerman representative named Louis helped get the contract in place, the shingle selection established and the job started on time dispite the loss of power and phone at both the Landerman office and my home for over a week. I had a tree fall on my roof and on front of the house so I had insurance companies and unexpected contractors to deal with. Dispite all that Louis started the job on time which in itself was amazing.
