I called in a cab and nothing ever came. I called them to check on the request 45 min later and nobody had been disbatched.
These jerks stranded my 88 year old m-In-law in her wheel chair for 2 hours in a parking lot. It started to rain. Presently we are trying to find a car at 10:15pm that we can lift her into ourselves. The last time we used them, a cabbie yelled at me for 20 minutes because we asked the dropping off cab to pick her back up. This time we didn't--and this happened. They are THE WORST.
I made alternate arrangements and when I tried to cancel my request, the company hung up on me- not once, but twice, and it was clear that it was intentional.
Everytime i call these people I get nasty attitudes my cab almost never shows up no wonder everyone is doing Uber and Lyft I'm personally done with these people
Wish there were more options for taxis in this area. This company has always been terrible and I hope we can avoid it in the future.
These guys are absolutely thr worst. Save your money and time and use an Uber.
