I wouldn’t bring my dog their Let alone my mother ever again
My mom was their and she was left in the shower alone for 2hrs alone And unattended and her Wristband states “risk of falling ...who does that??? They did
My mom has COPD and went to therapy & when she return the Physical therapist disconnected The portable oxygen tank & reconnected to the main one in her room & never cut or check to see if the oxygen was on & it wasn’t until we arrived to find her breathing heavy & Struggling on her...SMMFH...Who does that? They did

My mom had a nose bleed & Mash the button for the nurse to come & nobody didn’t somebody her heard her yelling in hall..Smmfh
