Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Found the perfect folding bike by Dahon, the Boardwalk S1. It's pricey but it is also high quality. The price is same as online and it's fully assembled. They have a nice area outback to test drive the bike. Both Kevin and Rachel were very helpful.

Mike called me this evening to let me know my bike was ready. Several days ago, I wss transporting an almost new ebike to the store for a handlebar modification, when I tragically had the bike fall off the bike rack. I was distraught and brought the bike in. Mike reassured me, calmed me, and treated me like family. This evening he said the bike is as good as new, and he test rode it himself. The repair came in actually under estimate. Love the great folks here, and the great service! I highly recommend this shop!
We purchased 3 electric bikes from the Bloomfield Bike Shop for a trip to Alaska. They were a new design and when we rode them, it turned out there was a flaw in the design that caused the chain to keep coming off. Knowing we wanted the bikes for our trip, Kevin the manager and Mike the owner went out of their way to get us 3 bikes of an earlier design which would work for our trip and could be exchanged when we returned and the design flaw had been worked out. On our trip, one of the bikes fell off the rack and was destroyed, but Kevin and Mike were still helpful getting us a new bike at a reduced cost and replacing the other bikes with the modified design. Through all of this, they showed a strong commitment to standing behind what they sold and making sure that we, as customers, were satisfied with our purchase. I don't think you could ask for more from any well run business.

Update: I brought the bike for a creaking noise and walked away with a clean bike, $280 bill and the creaking was back within the week.
